thirty six: pet alert

I finally played around with vinyl! I ordered this stuff last year and have only now tested it out. My boyfriend kept bugging me to make a pet alert sign for our house so here it is.

twenty four: happy anniversary

Jam packed making all my "just moved" cards, I almost forgot about my parent's anniversary! My sister gave me a great idea since she had an accidently zoomed in photo of them. With that she came up with peanut butter jelly.



I screwed up a little. It was suppose to say, "You TWO go together like peanut butter and jelly". Oh well, they'll get the idea. I just hope it gets to them in time!

twenty three: just moved

While in the process of getting our house, which we were promised to close by May, I created our house on DS. As May was coming to an end, I was about to delete the file due to all the frustration of the stupid bank being uncooperative. Good thing I didn't because we close on June 1st. I did however alter the fence because we put up a new one.

twenty two: father's day card

First thing I did after moving was organize the craft room! This is mainly because it was pretty easy to set up since I had drawers and shelves. My bedroom on the other hand...I'm waiting for my dresser to arrive, it's been 3 years since I've had one! I can't wait.

So I finally got a chance to cut out a card for my dad. I designed it weeks ago on the DS. My dad's a computer nut so...

fifteen: easter yummies

It's Easter time! Just finished making little Easter baskets. I found a simple pattern online using a 8.5x11 paper. Decided to make it easier by creating a DS file and added my own touch to it. Add a little create a critter bunny and ta da! Cuteness!

ten: no smoking

First off, Happy Birthday to my dad! :) He turns the big six-oh!

My sister's boyfriend wants to quit smoking. He told her that I could make a chart with my cricut (he obviously thinks the cricut is cool, which it is, and wants a piece of it!) Almost like a potty chart, I created this little number. It was the most tedious thing, gluing those little cigarettes together, lemme tell you.

The boy I nanny for has his birthday coming up. A Pokemon themed party. Using DS, I created a Pikachu. He came out pretty cute. It's just a simple tag using Plantin Schoolbook and Doodlecharms (I have been searching for a reasonably priced George and Basic Shapes cartridge for a while now...)
